Onion Nettle Sock Yarn
Sock yarn in a completely new blend, where the yarn gets its durability from the nettle fibres.
Nettle fibres is an incredibly strong fibre that makes it possible to knit socks in pure natural fibres without artificial additives such as nylon.
At the same time, the yarn has a very beautiful glow and has slight colour transitions since the nettle fibres does not take up colours.

Soft and non-itchy, hard-wearing, springy. Good stitch definition with a slight halo. Surprisingly cool for 70% wool: good for mild weather, maybe not for extreme cold. I've knit several pairs of socks with this yarn and worn them very hard over the past three months, so far they're holding up well.
