We love residual yarn! With the basket full you can knit fantastic garments that you are completely alone about. How cool is it! It is only a matter of being a bit brave. We claim that ALL colors work only if you knit them well together. Then mix colors, yarn types, stripes and patterns, and play through your knitting project. We guarantee success!

Start with the black residue yarn after the colors. Do you have enough for a few or many pattern tables? Can it be narrow or wide stripes? Will it be a long jacket? Or a short sweater? Or just some nice accessories?

Do you have enough yarn for a whole bole - but hate the color? Then you mix it with something else that adjusts the color to something you want to love.

Print colors and long-haired mohair do wonders, and you will surely get an aha experience on the purchase.

Finally, you weigh all the yarn you are going to use before weighing you a sweater in about the same yarn and size as the new one you are going to start with. Do you manage what you have? Or do you have to supplement?

If you suspect that it is too small a color, just adjust the plan. Did you get enough for a super cool ball, but are licking the yarn for the rest? Find a suitable yarn and knit single-color sleeves, a neckline or an extra large neck loop and hat. Small handles tie together and give a nice whole.

However, we cannot guarantee that you will not go on another #GARNSMELL along the way. Remnant knitting is so fun that you definitely get new, wild ideas - and suddenly you have fallen back on again.
